Item Variations

What variations are expected?

Each item is hand cut from board length lumber then sanded and painted by hand. During the sanding process small variations from item to item occur. To achieve the paint color the paint is mixed directly on the item from one of our artisans. The color is generally very close but wood grain and texture of the board play a large role in the color.

Can I view my product prior to shipping to see if I want it?

Yes, we can email you a picture the finished items prior to shipping. If you do not like them we will will remake them to meet your needs or exchange it for another product.

NOTE: This only applies to standard designs. Customized items are specific to the purchaser and thus cannot be resold.

Shipping Information

When will my item ship after I make my purchase?

Typically in 3 business days from the order. We maintain an inventory of unpainted items that we custom paint based on the order.

What carriers do you offer for shipping?

We use the USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on the order type.

Do you offer rush or priority delivery?

We offer priority delivery during shipping. Please note most items do not ship until 3 business days to allow for custom painting.

Can I ship a item as a gift?

Return Policy

Who is responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned sign?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we will give you full refund minus the cost of shipping.

If you are requesting a refund due to damage Barn Owl Primitives will assume the cost of shipping but will need a photo of the damaged item prior to the refund. If damage has occurred a refund request must be submitted within the first 7-days of receipt of your product. Beyond 7-days the customer you are not eligible for a refund.

Can I exchange my item for a different item instead of a refund?

Absolutely! Though you will need to pay for the return shipping and in turn we’ll need to confirm the returned sign is not damaged before shipping the new item.

How long do I have to return the item if I’m unsatisfied?

Though this rarely happens, you have 7-days from the delivery date to return your item for a 100% full refund minus you return shipping cost.

Can I exchange my item if it’s damaged?

Yes. All you have to do is send us a photo of the damaged item. Once we’ve confirmed the damage we’ll send you a return label. As soon as we receive the damaged item Conner Crafts will produce and send you a new item.

Can I get a refund on a custom/personalized item?

Unfortunately the answer is no once the product moves into our production process. Custom items are personalized for the purchaser specifically making impossible to resell. A refund for a custom design can only be applied if the production process has not gotten underway. Generally production on a custom item will begin within 1 business days from purchase.

Can I return my item for a full refund?

All of our items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receiving it, Conner Crafts will gladly refund the full amount. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or was grossly misrepresented. You must contact us within 7-days from receipt in order to take advantage of our policy. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

How do I get a custom design?

Conner Crafts offers custom design quotes based on your needs. Please contact us at sales@connercrafts.com with your design or the custom options you would like added to an existing product such as text.
